Anna Paquin is a Canadian as well as a New Zealand actress. Paquin was born in Winnipeg and raised by Wellington Paquin's father, was first seen on stage in the role of Flora McGrath. For this role she received the Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress in The romantic drama The Piano at the young age of 11. She was the second-youngest winner in Oscar History.
